What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 boxes — a single venue’s worth is a normal order — with bulk tiers for groups and distributors.
How fast will my straws arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished straws ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an opening or event date is fixed.
Why do paper straws go soggy?
The wall. Most straws that collapse are 2-ply; a 3-ply spiral-wound wall holds its shape far longer in a cold drink. Ask any supplier for the ply count — the ones who avoid the question are telling you the answer.
Does the adhesive matter?
As much as the paper. A food-safe adhesive that keeps its bond wet is what stops the spiral seam opening. A straw that unwinds at the seam is finished regardless of how thick the paper was.
Is a boba straw just a bigger straw?
No. It needs a wide bore to pass pearls and a heavier wall to survive the suction a thick drink demands. A standard straw in a smoothie collapses in the middle, and that is a specification error rather than a fault.
Is a paper straw automatically compostable?
No. The inks and the adhesive are part of the straw and have to be certified as well. We supply certified straws with the documentation, and we will not print a compostability claim the certificate does not support.
Do you make reusable or silicone straws?
No — this is a paper straw manufacturer and nothing else. A reusable metal, glass or silicone straw is a different product with different hygiene handling, and we would rather point you elsewhere than pretend otherwise.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team sets it to the winding pitch. A straw is a narrow spiral, so most logos need simplifying and repositioning rather than scaling.
