What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and project details you choose to give us, plus any artwork files you upload. When you place an order we also collect the billing and shipping details needed to produce and deliver it.

Our site records standard analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, which we use only to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your mockup and quote, to produce and ship your order, to answer your questions, and to send you order updates. If you opt in, we may also send occasional product emails; every one of those has an unsubscribe link and opting out never affects your order.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your artwork with anyone outside the production of your own order. Files are used solely to print the job you approved.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the business — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and website hosting — and only the information each one needs to do its part.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email george@customizedpaperstraws.com or text (929) 605-4397 and we will act on the request. We keep order records only as long as we need them for accounting and reorder history.
